Andy Flamm began his career in real estate while earning his MBA from BYU’s Marriott School of Business. While at BYU, Andy worked for Professor Barrett Slade doing research and gathering data in compiling land indices for the major metropolitan areas across the country. 

After graduating, Andy then went to work as a Property/Asset Manager for Property Reserve, Inc., which is one of the largest private land holding companies in the county. Andy managed assets consisting of commercial, industrial, and residential properties by determining highest and best use, current market value, and analyzing offers from developers. After his time at PRI, Andy left and went to work for Fieldstone Homes gaining extensive experience in land acquisition and entitlement. 

In 2016, Andy left Fieldstone Homes and began brokering land development deals. Andy has helped land owners, as well as various local and national builders acquire and sell properties all along the Wasatch Front.

In 2019, Andy started Allegiant Real Estate as a brokerage that would live up to what its name implies--Constancy, Duty, and Faithfulness.
